GPS Tracking Device PCBA Prototype

It’s special PCBA Prototype Project. It design and develop by 4 students from Asia,in order to support them,our quotation only include the PCB,electronic components,SMT cost,but no any benefit.

1.6mm thickness

HASL without Lead

Soldmask:Green

Silkscreen:White

Electronic Components:

More than 70 kinds of electronic components,total more than 170 pieces components. More than 10 kinds components can,t find in China Market,but client need this GPS Tracking Device PCBA Prototype urgently,no time for us to purchase the special components from oversea. So we have to replace some components after confirm with client who is a professional Engineer. Our purchase person cost 2 days to find these replacement components in a famous electronic component market,finally found all components we need for this PCBA Prototype Project.

SMT:

Double side need to SMT.

About 5 components need to sold by hand.

This project also need us to find the tape cable to connect the board to the machine.
